    Welcome to National Taiwan University Teacher of the Year Questionnaire Survey System. In order to improve the quality of the teaching and to assure student’s interests and rights in education, we design this questionnaire for you to select the best teachers.

    In the first section, you will see a name list of all full-time teachers. The teachers who you have been taught by since the freshman year are checked for you. Please double check whether the information is correct. If there is any teacher who should be checked but is not, simply click on the box preceding the name of the teacher to place a check.

    In the second section, please go through the teachers who are checked and choose the top three teachers who you consider the best teachers.
